Ok - so the forum has changed... I have changed the following:

    * template from Blue to Green...
    * Added a gallery
    * Upgraded the core software
    * added a Chat and Shoutbox feature
    * Added a SPAM protection system
    * iTrader system now installed
    * New posts are highlighted in blue
    * Twitter and Facebook links added

    * And a few more as well... but I forgot them all...

There are HUNDREDS of mods available to use now - but I think that is enough for today...  *jawdrop*

I need to know of any issues you find - also if there is a feature you think is no good - then we vote on it and remove it...

Likewise - if you find a mod you want to add - we use SMF version 2.0 RC4 if you have a look on the SMF mod site http://custom.simplemachines.org/mods/index.php?action=search;smf_versions=57

had a slight problem with accessing site today via my phone let me log in but couldn`t see the new posts then asked me to log in again but then told me the user account didn`t exist but will try again tomorrow. pc so far no problems from what i can tell so far but definately much more better now and easier on the eyes  *:)*

Just a question on one of the features..

What does the 'Trade Count' under your username do?

I'm guessing its something to do with the shop side of things?

The trade count is like an ebay rating... so if you purchased a product from say Alex - and you thought it was good - then you can rate him as good... gives him a score of 1... but then Alex sells something to Nelson and again it is good - he rates Alex as good and his score goes to 2.
But if he sells something to me - and it is poor - then I rate him negatively - his score goes down...

In all this process you can appeal and remove any negative ratings...

The idea is that it is a forum specific rating. I would not expect to use it for sales through the shop. But you have to advertise the item in the sales section to validate the sale.

Alex - is this correct - same as TalkP...?

Pretty much the same, not sure on this one, but on talkpb you can also leave comments and to leave feedback you have to add the link to the thread that the deal was done on before feedback can be given, that way you can't just get your mates to give feedback willynilly...
