Finally got flowers on the emersed plants.. :)

The rotalas are flowering. :)

totally agree with bigmatt they have a gorgeous deep purple to them nothing like i was expecting, and has now got me thinking about leaving mine so they hit the surface and see if i can get them to flower also definitely worth trying after seeing this photo of yours   *8)* *:)*

Yeah, the flowers are amazing.

It has lots of buds, so I will take a better photo with the auto focus lens, it is more forgiving than the full manual 105mm I took the photo with.

It is one you sent me, named either rotala or ludwigia but it looks like nothing I have seen before, at least emersed. It looks like a rotala but the flowers are like ludwigia's flowers.

It is a lovely plant for emersed play, and the flowers are deep purple.

i see what you mean now about looking nothing like the emersed plant has looking in the photo the leaves have turnt alot darker green and also look longer rather than almost rounded, unfortunately this is one i don`t and haven`t ordered but will keep notes for another time  *:)*

The star moss is great, but it is a hard plant, with a stem, not sure it is a moss. :)
